We offer USPS return labels for your items, with the latest fee as low as $5. To initiate a return, simply pack your item(s), print the label, and affix it to your return package. Please note that the return label is valid for 21 days from the time of approval by our Customer Care Team. Click here for full details.
1) We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition with product tags and hygiene liners attached (excluding beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, pasties, gift cards, and items marked as flash sale, final sale, or special sale) within 30 days of receiving your package.
2) Please keep and reuse the original packaging or any suitable shipping bag for returns. For multiple items, we kindly ask that you combine them into one package to minimize waste and help us process your return faster and more smoothly.
3) Non-returnable rules
Beach blankets, swimming rings, sunglasses, jewelry, hair accessories, panties, lingerie, shapewear, and pasties are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue.
Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless they are defective, don't match their description, or fail to perform as described.
